Three civilians were killed in a militant attack early Friday in Loibol Khullen village of Kangpokpi district, Manipur, India. According to the Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM), the attack occurred around 4 a.m. and resulted in seven houses being burned and extensive damage to civilian property. The organization alleged that members of NSCN-IM and its associate group ZUF (K) were responsible for the assault.
