A fire broke out on the rooftop of a ten-storey building on Tajmahal Road in Dhaka’s Mohammadpur area on Sunday evening. The Fire Service received the report at 7:03 p.m. and quickly dispatched units to the scene. Two units from Mohammadpur Fire Station and two from Kalyanpur Fire Station worked for about 30 minutes to bring the blaze under control. The incident was confirmed by Rakibul Hasan, the duty officer at the Fire Service Control Room.

According to the Fire Service, no casualties or injuries were reported in connection with the incident. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not mentioned in the report.
