Dr. Ali Riaz, Vice Chair of the National Consensus Commission (NCC), stated that the commission is working with full consideration of political parties’ views on state reform and is not imposing any agenda. Speaking on the tenth day of the second round of discussions, Riaz said progress has been made on some issues while talks continue on others. While some parties expressed reservations about forming the NCC, all participants remained committed to reaching consensus. Key discussion points included the expansion of sub-district courts, emergency powers, and women's representation.
