BNP candidate Nurul Islam Nayan secured a decisive victory in the Bhola-4 (Charfassion and Monpura) constituency during Bangladesh’s 13th National Parliamentary Election. According to results announced on Thursday night, February 12, 2026, Nayan, representing the ‘paddy sheaf’ symbol, received 190,005 votes. His closest rival, Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Md. Mostafa Kamal, contesting under the ‘scale’ symbol, obtained 82,318 votes.

Voting across the country began at 7:30 a.m. and continued until 4:30 p.m. at 42,779 polling centers. Alongside the parliamentary election, a nationwide referendum was also held on the same day. The Bhola-4 result was part of broader outcomes that saw BNP winning multiple constituencies, including five in Naogaon and three in Patuakhali, while Jamaat-e-Islami secured several seats as well.

The results indicate a strong showing for BNP in several regions, reflecting the party’s significant presence in the 13th National Parliamentary Election.
