Andaleeve Rahman Partha, chairman of the BJP and supported by the BNP, won the Bhola-1 constituency with 104,462 votes in Bangladesh’s 13th national parliamentary election. His closest rival, Md. Nazrul Islam of Jamaat-e-Islami, received 73,773 votes, while Islami Andolan’s candidate Maulana Obaidur Rahman, contesting with the hand fan symbol, secured 25,091 votes. The results were announced on Thursday night, February 12, 2026.

Voting for the 13th national parliamentary election began at 7:30 a.m. and continued until 4:30 p.m. across 42,779 polling centers nationwide. Alongside the parliamentary election, a national referendum was also held on the same day. The election process took place simultaneously across the country.

The results from Bhola-1 reflect a decisive victory for Partha, marking a significant outcome for the BNP-supported candidate in this constituency.
