Local authorities and emergency crews are working to restore power. Reuters could not independently verify the attacks, and Moscow has made no comment. The strikes come amid escalating assaults on Ukraine’s energy sector, while Ukraine has responded with drone attacks on Russian oil and gas facilities. Over a million people across Ukraine have faced blackouts this month due to repeated Russian attacks.
