A court has extended the deadline for submitting the investigation report on the Bangladesh Bank reserve heist to April 17. The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) was initially scheduled to submit the report on Tuesday but sought additional time. In 2016, $81 million was stolen from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York through cyber fraud and transferred to the Philippines. A case was filed on March 15, 2016, and the investigation continues.
