Nobel Laureate Dr. Muhammad Yunus, currently leading the interim government, continues to receive growing public support. During Eid prayers at the National Eidgah, a citizen was heard saying, “Sir, we want you for 5 more years.” Similar sentiments surfaced earlier in a hunger strike and even in a mosque donation note. As the country undergoes state reform, many are expressing trust in Dr. Yunus’s leadership and calling for his continued service beyond the interim term.
