The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has launched a probe into alleged irregularities in the recruitment process and embezzlement of Tk 150 crore at the mobile financial service ‘Nagad.’ Following a raid at the company’s head office, the ACC stated that Faiz Ahmad Tayyab’s personal aide Atik Morshed and his wife Zakia Sultana Jui may be interrogated. Authorities have also requested necessary documents to verify the allegations.
