BNP activists came under attack once again in Hatiya, Noakhali, leaving five injured. Among them, four were transferred to Dhaka in critical condition after receiving initial treatment at the local health complex. The incident occurred Thursday night while several BNP supporters were gathered at a tea shop in Tamraddi Bazaar. Armed attackers, reportedly wielding sharp local weapons, launched a brutal assault, injuring multiple people. According to Tanvir Haider, the assailants are associates of Alomgir Kabir, former joint general secretary of the Upazila BNP. Locals rushed the wounded to the hospital immediately after the attack.
