Nasir Uddin, a teacher at Dhaka’s Milestone School and College, shared his traumatic experience of witnessing the plane crash. “I heard a loud explosion. When I rushed outside, I saw a part of the building destroyed and flames everywhere. Students were screaming my name, begging for help.” He personally rescued several students. The pilot reportedly crashed near Nasir’s office and was later recovered. The Air Force confirmed the pilot tried to steer the aircraft to an empty area but ultimately lost his life. A formal investigation has been launched.
