In response to alleged ceasefire and airspace violations by Pakistan on the night of May 10–11, Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has reviewed the situation along the western border and authorized local commanders to respond fully. According to an Indian Army spokesperson, this decision follows discussions with Pakistan’s DGMO, where Pakistan’s alleged breach of the ceasefire commitment was addressed.
