Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) claims a renewed push for the “Minus One” formula is underway—aiming to eliminate former Prime Minister Imran Khan from politics. PTI spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram accused PML-N leader Azma Bukhari of being part of a palace-backed conspiracy to fracture the party from within. In response, Bukhari alleged Khan has been cornered by his own sister and party colleagues. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur also claimed there are moves to impose governor's rule as part of the plot.
