BNP’s Khulna divisional acting organizational secretary, Anindya Islam Amit, has taken responsibility for the treatment of a 7-year-old girl who was raped by a neighbor in Jessore’s Chowgacha area. The child, critically injured, was admitted to Jessore General Hospital.

Police have arrested the accused, 55-year-old Mizanur Rahman. Visiting the hospital, Amit assured the family of continued medical support and pledged to engage BNP’s legal wing to ensure justice for the victim.
