In a conference held in Banshkhali, Chattogram, the Amir of Islami Andolon Bangladesh, Maulana Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim, stated that Islamic, nationalistic, and humanitarian forces must unite to rebuild the country. Speaking at an Ulema conference organized by the Bangladesh Mujahid Committee and National Ulema-Mashayekh A’immah Council, he warned, “Anyone dreaming of power while sidelining Islamic scholars should abandon that illusion.”
