According To The Cybersecurity Ordinance, 2025, Online Gambling Is Now A Punishable Cybercrime. Section 20 States That Anyone Who Develops, Operates, Promotes Gambling Apps, Or Participates In Gambling, Will Face Up To 2 Years Imprisonment Or A Fine Of 100 Million Taka, Or Both.
