Health Advisor Nurjahan Begum has instructed all private hospitals to provide free treatment to those injured in the Uttara plane crash. In a statement issued Monday night by the Ministry of Health, hospitals were told not to turn away any patients and to refer them to burn units or Dhaka Medical College if necessary.
