Yemen's Houthi-controlled armed forces have claimed responsibility for a ballistic missile strike targeting Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport using the Zulfiqar missile system. In a statement, the Houthis said the operation forced thousands of Israelis into bomb shelters and halted air traffic at the Tel Aviv airport. They vowed to continue attacks until the Israeli siege and military operations in Gaza end. The Israeli military confirmed intercepting one missile. Previously, Houthi fighters claimed responsibility for sinking two ships bound for Israel in the Red Sea.
