In response to the devastating plane crash at Milestone School that claimed 27 lives, grieving students held a peaceful sit-in and protest at Uttara Roundabout. They issued a six-point demand, including the release of victims’ identities, an accurate list of the injured, an unconditional apology for mistreatment of teachers, compensation for victims' families, cancellation of unsafe aircraft, and reform of training protocols. Despite police urging them to disperse, the students continued their protest peacefully.
