In the past 24 hours, dengue fever claimed 3 more lives and led to 425 new hospitalizations across Bangladesh. This brings the total number of dengue deaths in 2025 to 51, with 13,188 reported infections so far.

Barisal Division, especially areas outside the city corporation limits, reported the highest number of cases at 120. In July alone, 2,892 people have been infected and 9 have died. Of the 1,351 current hospitalizations, 386 are in Dhaka and 965 in other districts.
