The notification was signed by Md. Golam Rabbani, deputy secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration, by order of the President. Before assuming the role, he must sever existing work relationships with any profession, business, government, semi-government, autonomous or private institution, and organization. Other contractual terms will be set through an agreement between both sides.
