Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi may meet Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus on the sidelines of the BIMSTEC Summit, according to Dr. Khalilur Rahman, the Chief Adviser’s special envoy. During a press briefing on Wednesday, he stated, "Dr. Yunus is the next chairman of BIMSTEC, so discussions with all national leaders regarding future plans are necessary. A request has been made for a meeting with PM Modi, and we are optimistic that it will take place." Dr. Yunus is set to depart for Bangkok at 9 AM on Thursday and is scheduled to return on Friday at 8 PM.
