The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has issued a weather advisory forecasting partly cloudy skies and light to moderate rainfall in various regions by this evening. Areas including Khulna, Barishal, Patuakhali, Noakhali, Cumilla, Chattogram, and Cox’s Bazar may experience gusty winds at speeds of 45–60 km/h from the south or southeast. River ports in these areas have been advised to hoist cautionary signal number 1. On Thursday, Rajshahi recorded the highest temperature at 37.3°C.
