Nationalist Citizen Party (NCP) leader Zainal Abedin Shisir stated that since Professor Yunus assumed leadership, Bangladeshis can finally breathe in peace. “For the first time in 54 years, a government is gaining popularity by the day. Prices are stabilizing, and criminals like extortionists and tender mafias are trembling with fear,” he said. He praised efforts to solve the Rohingya crisis and called for united resistance against corruption to build a just society.
