Dhaka, June 22, 2025 — In the last 24 hours, 329 people have been admitted to hospitals across Bangladesh with dengue fever, while one person has died from the mosquito-borne disease, the DGHS has confirmed.

Regional data shows that of the newly hospitalized patients:

Barisal Division: 136

Chattogram Division: 64

Dhaka Division (excluding city): 38

Dhaka North City Corporation: 21

Dhaka South City Corporation: 43

Khulna Division: 15

Rajshahi Division: 10

Mymensingh Division: 2

Meanwhile, 301 dengue patients have recovered and been discharged from hospitals in the past 24 hours. With this, the total number of recoveries this year has risen to 6,817.
