At least two people were killed and at least six others injured when a wall collapsed near a queue for Trading Corporation of Bangladesh goods in Mirpur, Dhaka. The incident occurred behind Mirpur University College, where many people had been standing in line to collect TCB products, according to police and local sources.

Mirpur Police Station officer-in-charge Hafizur Rahman confirmed the casualties to the media. Police said the boundary wall suddenly collapsed, causing the deaths and injuries among people gathered at the site. The report did not state what caused the wall to fall.
