The Gaza Government Media Office has accused Israel of violating the ceasefire agreement 3,465 times since it took effect in October 2025. According to the office, Israeli attacks during the ceasefire period have killed at least 1,045 Palestinians and injured another 3,380. The office also alleged that Israel failed to comply with the agreement’s humanitarian aid provisions.

Under the U.S.-brokered ceasefire, 156,000 aid trucks were supposed to enter Gaza, but the media office claimed Israel allowed only 55,539 trucks. In a statement, it accused Israel of pursuing a “policy of planned genocide” in Gaza and urged the ceasefire mediators to take effective measures to ensure Israel fulfills all terms of the signed agreement.

The Gaza Health Ministry reported that since Israel’s military campaign began in October 2023, at least 73,043 Palestinians have been killed and 173,417 injured in the Gaza Strip.
