The International Crimes Tribunal has issued arrest warrants against 15 individuals in connection with the murder of Chattogram’s Wasim Akram, a student leader killed during the July uprising. The list includes former Chattogram mayors A.J.M. Nasir and Rezaul Karim, as well as former Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel. Wasim was shot dead by police in Chattogram on July 16, the same day Abu Saeed was killed in Rangpur.
