The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) reported that Iran launched missiles toward Israeli territory just moments after former U.S. President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel. In a statement on Tuesday, the IDF confirmed: “A short while ago, missile launches from Iran toward Israeli territory were detected. Air defense systems have been activated in response, and residents have been instructed to remain in protected areas.” Earlier, Trump had declared, “Both Iran and Israel have agreed to a full and comprehensive ceasefire.”
