From July 27, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport will enforce new entry rules: a maximum of two individuals may accompany each passenger to the Departure Driveway and Arrival Canopy areas. According to airport spokesperson Mahmudul Hasan Masum, the decision aims to reduce traffic congestion and bolster security. Authorities have urged the public to cooperate and follow the new regulations. The airport currently handles around 12.5 million passengers annually.
