Iranian media has confirmed the assassination of Mohammad Reza Seddiqi Saber, a high-ranking official linked to the country’s nuclear program. He was reportedly targeted in an Israeli strike late last night in Astaneh Ashrafieh, Gilan Province. This comes two months after the U.S. Treasury Department sanctioned Saber for alleged involvement in nuclear weapons proliferation.
