Police have arrested Md Amiruzzaman Mia, a Jubo League leader from Khashiani Upazila, Gopalganj, in connection with a sabotage case. According to OC Khandaker Hafizur Rahman, Amiruzzaman is accused of felling trees onto the Dhaka-Khulna highway to disrupt traffic. He was arrested in the Ratil Horticulture Center area on Wednesday and later sent to jail by the court.
