A political stir has erupted in Ashuganj, Brahmanbaria, after Awami League leader Nabi Hossain Sagar was included in the newly formed Upazila committee of the National Citizens’ Party (NCP). Sagar, a ward-level AL leader, has previously been involved in controversial elections and protest movements. Local NCP leaders expressed their dissatisfaction and informed the central committee, which has promised to review and potentially revise the decision.
