Jamaat leader Muhammad Rezaul Karim expressed a desire to remember the July martyrs as heroes and honor their sacrifices by creating a future Bangladesh free from corruption and misgovernance. Speaking at a food distribution event in Laxmipur, he noted that while Bangladesh has been freed from tyrants, it still struggles with extortion, plunder, oppression, and cultural decay. He emphasized that the families of the martyrs seek only justice, not favors. Calling on everyone to unite against fascist rule, he urged the establishment of a just and fascism-free Bangladesh, so no one can ever rise to power by standing on the blood of the martyrs.
