Chief Advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus said greater visibility of unity among anti-fascist political parties could restore public confidence and reassurance.

Speaking at an emergency meeting with leaders from the BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami, NCP, and Islami Andolon at the Jamuna on Tuesday night, Yunus stressed the need for cooperation despite ideological differences.

Legal advisor Asif Nazrul emphasized that while disagreements remain, the parties are aligned in their anti-fascist struggle. The meeting also called for strict measures to uphold law and order and ensure a fair election process.
