Mission Green Bangladesh’s nationwide tree plantation and awareness campaign has been formally recognized by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as part of the global observance of World Environment Day 2025. Despite the event coinciding with Eid holidays, the campaign saw successful tree planting, distribution, and anti-plastic awareness activities across all 64 districts with the support of local environmental groups.
