Five days after the killing of two Jamaat-e-Islami activists in Satkania, a case has been filed by the wife of one of the victims, Abul Saleq. The complaint alleges that the murders were premeditated and took place during a reconciliation meeting. Police have yet to arrest any suspects. The accused include former local union chairman Nazrul Islam Manik and several others. The case lists a total of 62 suspects.
