Leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and its affiliated organizations in Kaukhali upazila of Pirojpur held a protest march and sit-in program on Tuesday morning. The event was organized to demand a ban on Awami League activities and to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. The program took place in several areas of the upazila under the direction of Ahmad Sohel Manzur, Member of Parliament for Pirojpur-2 and State Minister for Housing and Public Works.

The sit-in and protest were held at Bekutia, Chourasta, and Amrajuri Ferry Ghat, attended by local BNP leaders including upazila BNP president and former upazila chairman S M Ahsan Kabir, organizational secretary Rafiqul Islam, and other leaders from the youth, volunteer, and student wings.
