Between 8:00 AM Sunday and 8:00 AM Monday, 234 people were hospitalized across Bangladesh due to dengue fever, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). Fortunately, no fatalities were recorded during this period. Breakdown of new cases: Barisal - 119, Chattogram - 29, Dhaka Division - 32 (Dhaka North - 15, Dhaka South - 28), Khulna - 5, Rajshahi - 5, and Mymensingh - 1. Since January, a total of 6,222 dengue cases have been reported, with 30 deaths so far.
