Rakibul also noted that if BNP Acting Chairperson Tarique Rahman issues directives, Chhatra Dal activists could shut down the entire nation. Tarique Rahman is expected to address the rally virtually, with BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir attending as a special guest.
