A newly issued gazette from the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs introduces amendments to the International Crimes (Tribunal) Ordinance 2025. The revised law grants tribunals authority to suspend or ban political parties involved in international crimes, revoke their licenses, and confiscate assets. Individuals linked to such organizations who are found aiding or abetting crimes will also face legal action.
