Bangladesh and Pakistan Interested in Joint Ventures
Business leaders and entrepreneurs from Bangladesh and Pakistan see significant trade potential in sectors like motor electronics, pharmaceuticals, surgical products, and industrial intermediate components. Both sides expressed optimism that joint ventures could bring substantial benefits. These views were shared during a networking meeting held yesterday morning in Motijheel, Dhaka, between local businesspeople and a visiting Pakistani business delegation. The event was organized by the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) and chaired by FBCCI Administrator Md. Hafizur Rahman. Acting High Commissioner of Pakistan in Dhaka, Muhammad Wasif, was also present.
