Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has said that if Jamaat is given the responsibility to govern the state, no citizen will have to demand their rights—they will be delivered to their doorstep based on merit. He stated that under the guise of democracy and development, the humanity of this country has been stripped away and democracy has been murdered, while the nation's wealth has been looted.
