Clashes Between Two BNP Factions in Satkhira, Section 144 Imposed

The Upazila administration has imposed Section 144 in Kaliganj, Satkhira, following clashes, vandalism, and counter-rallies by two factions of the BNP. On Monday (January 27) afternoon, tensions escalated during the rival programs of the two BNP groups, prompting Kaliganj Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Anuja Mondal to impose Section 144. Police and army personnel intervened with baton charges to bring the situation under control.
