Junaid to Launch a New Platform for the July Uprising

Ali Ahsan Junaid, Joint Convener of the National Citizens’ Committee, announced the launch of a new platform for the July Uprising. He stated that despite the success of the movement, many key demands, such as banning the Awami League and ensuring justice for past atrocities, remain unfulfilled. Junaid emphasized the need for ethical leadership and a corruption-free system. He urged all supporters to join this initiative for national reconstruction. A Google Form was shared for participation. The platform will be introduced next month.

New Platform for July Uprising Forces Coming, Announces Junayed

After Sheikh Hasina fled the country during the mass uprising, student representatives were seen in the interim government. Later, on February 28, a new political party was announced with Nahid Islam, coordinator of the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement, as the convener. However, even before the announcement of the new party, National Citizens’ Party, a faction that had led the movement declared they would not be part of it.


The ‘1 Nojor’ media platform is now live in beta, inviting users to explore and provide feedback as we continue to refine the experience.
