Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar is scheduled to meet Jamaat-e-Islami chief Dr. Shafiqur Rahman at his residence in Bashundhara on Sunday afternoon. On Saturday evening, Dar also held discussions with a five-member Jamaat delegation led by Nayeb-e-Ameer Abdullah Muhammad Taher at the Pakistan High Commission. The meeting focused on Bangladesh’s current political situation and future bilateral cooperation, with both sides expressing optimism about advancing joint development efforts.
