New Constitution and National Reconstruction: Nahid’s Vision for Bangladesh

Nahid Islam, convener of the National Citizens Party (NCP), announced their goals to rebuild Bangladesh, capture the National Parliament, and deliver a new constitution to the people. Speaking at a rally in Rajshahi on July 6, he emphasized that those obstructing reform will never be forgiven. Nahid also warned of a potential long march from Rajshahi to secure water rights and protect borders. The event included key NCP leaders and activists from northern and southern regions.

This time the goal is to gift the people of the country a new constitution: Nahid

Nahid Islam, convener of the National Citizens Party (NCP), said that their goal this time will be the reconstruction of Bangladesh, capturing the National Parliament building, and gifting the people of the country a new constitution. He made these remarks during a roadside rally held in Rajshahi on Sunday evening (July 6).
