On Tuesday, NCP Secretary Akhtar Hossain visited the family of Lablu Mia, a small business owner killed during the mass uprising. During the visit, he met Lablu Mia’s wife, Noor Nahar, mother, Laily Begum, daughters Laizu and Liza Khatun, and son Noor Habib. Hossain spent time with the grieving family, inquired about their well-being, and promised assistance. Noor Nahar requested support for her children’s education, employment opportunities, and government-funded housing. Hossain assured the family of necessary arrangements and later presented them with Eid gifts. Notably, the martyr Lablu Mia's family resides in a makeshift tin-roofed house on government land.
