DMP spokesperson Muhammad Talebur Rahman has appealed to protesters not to block city roads unnecessarily, emphasizing the need to protect public mobility and emergency services. Despite efforts by the traffic division to reduce congestion, unnecessary road blockades continue to disrupt the city’s flow, especially affecting travelers heading to the airport and patients in ambulances. “In the interest of the greater public and orderly traffic management, we humbly request everyone to refrain from obstructing the roads,” he said.
