All scheduled banks across Bangladesh will remain closed on August 5, 2025, in observance of “July Uprising Day,” as per a government notification issued on July 2. However, Bangladesh Bank confirmed that online transactions and ATM/CRM services will remain operational to ensure continued customer access to essential banking services.
